Already Using Third-Party Ordering Links?
If you currently use third-party services like DoorDash or UberEats, Google may continue to display their links alongside yours. Revisit the Online orders section in your Business Profile to set your new direct link as the preferred ordering option.
FAQ
My new link isn't showing up on Google yet. What should I do?
Give it a few hours. Updates to a Google Business Profile usually appear within minutes, but they can take longer to fully roll out across all of Google's services. If the link still isn't showing after a day, return to your Business Profile, confirm the link was saved correctly, and check that no third-party link is being prioritized over yours. If it is still missing, contact Google directly through Google Business Profile support. Sign in with the Google account that manages the profile.
Can I add separate links for delivery and pickup?
Yes. Google's Business Profile editor has separate fields for Delivery link and Pickup link in addition to the main Ordering link. If your Online Ordering page handles both, you can paste the same link into all three fields, or use dedicated landing pages if you've set them up separately.
