If you use Clover, Toast, or Square with TapMango online ordering, you can import and sync your catalog from the POS and manage the menu there.
Menu importing and syncing
Before you can sync your POS menu to TapMango, import it from your POS. Run the import and TapMango does the rest. The import is automatic.
Step 1: Navigate to the Catalog Sync page and start a new sync
Step 2: Select your location, integration, and target catalog
After you click Continue, the option to import data directly from your POS appears.
Step 3: Re-import your POS data
Click Re-Import Data from POS to pull the most recent menu changes into TapMango.
This step pulls the latest prices, modifiers, and categories directly from your POS. If you skip it before syncing, you will push outdated information from your last import.
Step 4: Select the categories and products you want to import
You can also click + Show Modifiers and + Show Details at the top right of any category to view individual item pricing and options. That lets you remove specific modifiers from your online ordering menu, or confirm that your latest price updates pulled into TapMango.
Step 5: Name and create your catalog
You are redirected to the Catalog Sync page and can track the import status. When it is complete you get an email, and the Catalog Sync page shows the import as complete after you refresh the page.
Step 6: Create ordering time frames and publish the menu
If you are using order pushing, enable Push Order to POS yourself on Catalog → Locations.
