Your online ordering time frames set when customers can place orders. These hours usually match your regular business hours.
Creating and Editing Time Frames
2Step 2Go to Online Ordering > Catalog and select the location group.
3Step 3Open the catalog you want to change. Click Update Hours to edit time frames that already exist, or Add Hours if none are set. On the Edit Catalog page, under Catalog Availability Time Frames, click Edit on a schedule, or click + Add Time Frame to create one.
4Step 4In the Create Time Frame window, set the fields below. Click Submit to save the window, then click Submit again on the Edit Catalog page. The time frames are then live.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Select applicable locations | The locations this time frame applies to, when the menu is used at more than one location. |
| Select type | Single day sets a one-date exception, such as a holiday or an unexpected closure. Day(s) of the week sets the regular days and hours, and those hours repeat each week. |
| Open or Closed | Whether customers can order on the day or date you selected. |
| Start Time and End Time | Start Time is when the catalog opens for orders. End Time is when it stops taking orders. |
| Average Prep Time (Minutes) | How long the kitchen needs to finish an order. Customers see this time when they order. Prep time also counts against End Time. If ordering ends at 9 pm and prep time is 15 minutes, orders cannot be placed from 8:46 pm to 9 pm, because there is not enough time to finish the order. |
