Link a TapMango product to an individual product or a category in your point of sale.
You can also create category folders to organize products in Portal. Folders are optional, and they help when you have a large product list.
Map a product by search
A Merchant Admin maps a product from Loyalty → Smart Products. What are Smart Products? covers that page.
Several point-of-sale items can map to one Smart Product.
Search is available for Clover, Square, Toast, Shopify, Lightspeed (R-Series), Lightspeed (X-Series), Lightspeed E-Commerce, BigCommerce, Qu, Loyalty API, and Mobile Ordering.
Generic POS is entered by hand. If mapping is unavailable, the page says “Product mappings are not available for this merchant.” Use Manual tracking, or finish the point-of-sale setup first.
How to manually add mapping
Use this when you enter the mapping yourself. On the integration, paste the value into External product IDs. Separate more than one ID with a comma, semicolon, or a new line, then select Add IDs.
Each point of sale uses a different value.
