About Apple Push Certificates
In order for TapMango to send push notifications with an branded app on the App Store (iPhone) we require a valid 'push notification certificate' - this must be renewed periodically. TapMango normally handles this for you so typically there should be nothing to worry about.
However, there may be some circumstances where TapMango is unable to renew this for you, and may require some intervention on your part first.
You may have been directed to this page with one of the reasons listed. See below for how to deal with those problems.
When finished contact TapMango support at 855-208-0020 online chat via portal.tapmango.com, or email support@tapmango.com so we are able to refresh your apple push certificate as soon as possible.
Program Membership Has Expired
This is a common reason - Apple requires your annually renew the developer account to maintain both access to development resources and to have your app listed on the store. You likely got an email informing you of this from apple under the email you registered your apple account to
When you sign in you should see a notice on how to renew - but this guide below from Apple explains things in more detail:
Updated Account Holder Agreement Unsigned
Periodically Apple updates the terms and conditions for their developer program. They require you review and digitally accept these updated terms and agreement in order to access development resources. This includes TapMango's ability to push changes through your account.
This can easily be solved by signing into your apple account at https://developer.apple.com Typically there is a red banner at the top that directs you to a link. This must be down by the account owner and not a sub-user you've invited.
