Any additional fees added to your catalog in TapMango, such as processing or convenience fees, must be set up in Toast for TapMango's Push Order to POS feature to push payment processing to your Toast POS.

Where to set the Service Fee in Toast

1. Log into ToastTab and navigate to Payments > Checks & receipt setup > Service charges
   
   
2. Add a new Service Charge matching the one set up on your TapMango catalog.

• • The Calculation Type in TapMango must match the Charge Type in Toast, including if the fee is taxable.
    
    • • Percentage/Fixed Percent OR Amount/Fixed Amount.
  • The name of the Service Charge in Toast and the name of the Fee in TapMango must match exactly including capitalization and spacing.
    • • For example, if the fee was called "TM OO Fee" in Toast it must be the same in TapMango, and cannot be "tm oo fee"/"TM oo fee"/"tm OO fee" or any other combination.

Here's an example of a $0.50 processing fee that applies to all order types that would be set up between TapMango and Toast!
