Discount Mapping
For the Online Ordering system to accept discounts, you will need to "map" the discount to the system. This involves telling the system how to apply the reward: is it a % discount? Does it apply to a specific product/category? You'll need to set these parameters for the discounts to work!

Applies To
This section allows you to restrict a discount to specific products or categories, for multiples separate the IDs with a comma, for example, 11111,22222,33333,44444.
Use only Product IDs OR Category IDs, not both on a single discount as this will result in an error.
Usage Limits
Should the discount apply to a single item or multiple? If set to apply the discount to a single item only, you will also be asked if the discount applies to the highest-value item or not.
Minimum Requirement
This option allows you to set a minimum purchase amount in dollars for the order before the reward can be redeemed.
Apply on Paid Modifiers
Should the discount apply to any paid modifiers? If selected, the discount will be applied to any modifiers that cost a fee to add to the product being discounted.
Auto Add Item to Cart
At checkout, the customer will see this discount available to redeem even if they don't have the applicable item in their cart, if they redeem it the item that's discount mapped in the product section will then be added to the cart. *This option only works if you restrict the discount to ONE(1) product.
Getting Product and Category IDs
To find the IDs from the online ordering catalog navigate to POS Integrations under Settings, and click View Data on the integration named Mobile Ordering.
Use the search bar to quickly search your item, category, or modifier by name and copy the # found in the ID column.
