What Are Actions?
Actions are what a campaign does after a trigger fires. You can add more than one action to the same trigger.

Actions
The campaign editor lists these by name. An action is missing from the list when the account does not have that feature turned on, or the trigger on the activity does not allow it.
| Action | What it does |

| Send Email | Sends the customer an email from a standard template. |
| Send SMS | Sends the customer a text message. Shown when text messaging is turned on. |
| Assign Points | Adds points, or sets the customer's point balance. |
| Assign Voucher | Gives the customer a voucher. |
| Push Notification | Sends a push notification to the customer app. |
| Add Customer to Group | Adds the customer to a group you choose. Shown only with certain triggers. The group must be one you manage, not a filter group. |
| Send Advanced Email | Sends an email from the advanced email editor. |
| Remove Customer from Group | Removes the customer from a group you choose. The group must be one you manage, not a filter group. |
| Promote Instant Deal | Promotes an Instant Deal to the customer. |
| Email Me | Emails the addresses you enter. The message names what happened and the customer's name, email, and phone. |
| Load Wallet | Adds money to the customer's wallet. Shown when TapMango Payments is turned on. |
| Create Master Customer Account | Creates the customer's login account when they do not already have one. |
| Give Cashback | Adds a percentage of a payment to the wallet. Shown when TapMango Payments is turned on and the trigger is a payment. |
| Send SMS Optin Msg | Sends the text-message opt-in. TapMango sets this up. Shown when text messaging is turned on. |
| Redeem Voucher | Redeems a voucher for the customer. |
| Create Lighspeed POS Sale | Creates a Lightspeed sale for the customer. Shown when Lightspeed is connected. The name in the list is spelled Lighspeed. |
| Reset Checkins | Resets the customer's check-in count. |
| Adjust Purchase Score | Changes the customer's purchase score. |
| Send Campaign Email | Sends a promotions email. Shown when promotions are turned on. |
| Set Wallet To | Sets the wallet balance to an amount. TapMango sets this up. Shown when TapMango Payments is turned on. |
| Run Instant Win | Runs Instant Win for an active in-store prize. It cannot be chosen when Instant Win is off, there is no active in-store prize, or the trigger is already Instant Win. |
| Send MMS | Sends the customer a picture message. Shown when MMS is turned on. |
| Send Rich Text Message | Sends a rich text message. Shown when rich text messaging and MMS are turned on, and the trigger is a date. |
| Send Promo Link SMS | Sends a promo-link text on a date. This action is not in the campaign action list. |
| Adjust Punch Score | Changes the customer's punch progress. |
