Campaigns vs. Quick Campaigns, What's the Difference?

Choose Automations when a campaign should run on a trigger, and use Quick Campaigns for a one-time send.

Campaigns

Create campaigns that can be recurring or limited to a specific period of time, using triggers and actions. With triggers and actions, you can create, customize, and control the campaigns for your business.

Using triggers and actions you can create campaigns such as:

• Digital Punch Cards. Reward frequent purchases of specific items. See Create a punch card system: Buy X number of products, get 1 free.
• Points Per Check-in. Offer points per check-in. See How to add, or Adjust Points Per Check in.

Manage these campaigns from the TapMango Portal, under Campaigns > Automations, and keep them organized in folders. This is also where you can edit the existing Welcome bonus, Birthday rewards, and more.

Quick Campaigns

Send a one-time campaign to your customer base without creating triggers and actions. The campaign creator does that for you.

Choose from an Announcement, an In-Store Voucher/Coupon Promotion, or an Instant Deal.

Access the quick campaign creator by clicking the red Create a Campaign button at the top left of the portal menu. Here you can view any past Quick Campaigns or create a new one.
