How do I delete a customer?

Delete a customer from your customer list on portal.tapmango.com.

Navigate to the Customers section

On portal.tapmango.com, select Customers > Customer List.

On Customer List, set the search options, then type in the search box. The box needs at least 3 characters.

The match options are:

Search By is Phone Number by default. You can also search by Email, Name, or Notes.

Select Delete on the right column of the customer's record, and confirm.

If you delete a customer by accident, contact Support. Restoration is not guaranteed. A privacy erase cannot be undone.
