Send one customer an SMS opt-in from their profile on portal.tapmango.com when they missed the first message and now want texts.
Send the opt-in
1Step 1Go to the Customers tab.
2Step 2Search for your customer using the search box on the left and select Edit.
3Step 3On the customer profile, select Send SMS Opt-In. Your customer is sent an opt-in SMS they must reply YES to.
