Your Shopify POS account will need Administrative/Full Access to set up the TapMango Connect tile.
1Step 1On the Home screen of your POS, click Add Tile
2Step 2On the Add Tile page, click App
3Step 3On the Add App page, click TapMango Connect
On the next page App Extension will be preselected, click Add to finish creating the tile

Frequently Asked Questions
If a customer is checked in on the TapMango Tablet and I press the TapMango Connect tile on the Shopify POS will it automatically show me the customer’s rewards accountYes - via the integration, the customer's account will be displayed and all applicable rewards/vouchers (based on what's in the cart) will be available for you to select.
I clicked the TapMango Connect tile but couldn’t see any rewardsIt could be one of two issues: the discounts in your TapMango Portal are not discount mapped to Shopify POS, or your discounts are mapped to specific items and those items are not in the cart.
