Lenovo tablets set up for TapMango do not include Chrome, Firefox Focus, or the Google Play Store. The instructions file on the tablet has the steps to install an app again. It also opens the downloads page or TapMango support when you want those documents.
This is for a Lenovo tablet. Samsung tablets use a different browser. Use How To Update or Install the Latest Version of the Tablet App for that.
Open the instructions file
That file is the installation guide on the tablet. From its preview you can open Voyager, the TapMango app, and Wi-Fi settings. It also opens the downloads page and TapMango support if you want those documents.
Install again from the tablet
Download it again in Lightning
If you would rather not use the instructions file, open Lightning and go to the website yourself.
Lightning can download the file. Install it from Voyager.
If Android blocks the install
Voyager is already allowed to install apps on a tablet prepared for TapMango. If Android still says the tablet is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source:
To allow it before you install: open Settings, tap Apps, tap Special app access, tap Install unknown apps, tap Voyager, and turn Allow from this source on.
After the TapMango app is installed
Sign in and finish tablet setup. If TapMango is connected to your register, check the device key after you install. That check is in How To Update or Install the Latest Version of the Tablet App.
