You can update the credit card we have on file from the Portal.
Update a credit card
1Step 1Sign in at portal.tapmango.com.
2Step 2Go to Account → Payment Profiles.
3Step 3Click Change beside the card.
Direct debit
The other payment method is direct debit. That is ACH in the United States and EFT in Canada. Direct debit is not changed from Payment Profiles. Contact your account manager or email support@tapmango.com.
