Adding the TapMango Rewards Button to Lightspeed (R-Series)

Add a Rewards button in Lightspeed (R-Series) so staff can attach customers to a sale and redeem TapMango rewards.

iPad users: Stencil vs Manager mode

If you use the iPad application for Lightspeed (R-Series), you must use Manager mode to access the custom buttons required to redeem rewards in TapMango.

To change to Manager mode, click Manager in the bottom right corner, then go to Sales. That opens a sales screen that matches the web interface, including the custom menus you created.

A button for rewards

Add a custom button so staff can attach customers to the sale in Lightspeed and redeem rewards.

1Step 1In the Settings tab, scroll down to Custom Menus under Advanced Setup.

2Step 2Click the Sale tab.

3Step 3Add a button to the sales page. Set Title to Rewards, Type to Open web page, and Color to Red. Set Sort order to the position you want. Sort order is optional. Then click Add Button to Menu.

4Step 4The button appears under Buttons. Click the pencil to edit the button.

5Step 5In the URL field, enter https://portal.tapmango.com/Customer/Lightspeed. Check Open in New Tab, then click Save Changes.

6Step 6The Rewards button shows on the Sales tab.
